At our events, we proudly provide a supportive grassroots competition platform designed specifically for beginners and lower grades. These competitions are ideal for those who are still developing their confidence, skills, and understanding of Sport Karate.
Our grassroots competitions also serve as a talent identification pathway. Promising athletes are scouted and invited to join our Sport Karate Coaching Programme, where they gain access to expert training and the opportunity to learn alongside Division 1 competitors.
As skills develop and confidence grows, our students are given the chance to trial for the Frontier Karate Association Team — the official representative team of our association. Selection to this team earns athletes promotion into the prestigious Division 1 category at www.fikc.co.uk, where they compete alongside some of the best in the sport.
