Competition Finish
Please make sure you arrive 10 minutes before your event starts and make sure to arrive in your gi, as spaces to change will be limited.
Please make sure that all competitors wear a clean karate suit and make sure that nails and toe nails are cut short.
We are limited on space so we ask that parents to not bring a large team of supporters 
All kumite events – competitors must wear a gum shield.
